Installment Agreement / Payment Plan
This method provides for IRS debt payment to be made in smaller, more manageable amounts. The agreement typically requires that these amounts be paid in equal monthly payments based on the amount you owe and your ability to pay in a timeframe acceptable under IRS guidelines. This is a practical plan that works well for many of our clients. Often the IRS will encourage taxpayers to agree to a payment plan that is not financially workable. Esquire Group is experienced in creating and securing agreements that are compatible with our client’s financial situation.
